Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN)

Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at West Volusia

Location: Deltona, Florida

Shift: Part-Time, 16-hour shift (7 AM - 11 PM) every other weekend

Salary: $35 - $38 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at West Volusia is seeking a dedicated Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) to join our team! In this role, you will oversee nursing operations during your scheduled weekend shift, ensuring that all aspects of care are being provided safely and efficiently. This position requires an individual with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Supervise nursing staff during your shift to ensure high-quality care
• Make quick decisions in emergency situations
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license
• Previous experience as a nursing supervisor in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong decision-making skills, particularly in emergency situations
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
