Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the community.
- Managing the leasing to ensure all vacant units are marketed and filled as they become available
- Coordinating with the maintenance supervisor to ensure service requests are completed and all turnovers are completed in an efficient manner
- Striving to meet and exceed occupancy goals and budget requirements.
- Providing leadership and guidance to your team.
- Ensuring that current and prospective residents have an exceptional experience.
- Resolving all tenant concerns
- Act as primary contact for service contractors and vendors
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- Possesses knowledge of state and federal housing regulations.
- Proficient in basic computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be detail oriented with ability to manage time efficiently.
- Works well with a team.
- Marketing Experience
- Strong Leasing Background
- Interacts and engages in a friendly manner with potential and current tenants.
- Demonstrates ability to think creatively in order to develop new marketing and recruiting techniques.
Education and Experience:
- Property management.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in sales preferred.
