Job Summary
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) administers and provides anesthesia-related care to patients before, during, and after surgery.

- Schedule: Choose from 8 or 10 hour shifts. Surgeries start at 7:00am. No evenings, no weekends, no Holidays, no on-call

The original location on Kensington Avenue in Buffalo had one (1) operating room; today the BSC has expanded to two facilities with eight (8) operating rooms and seven (7) procedure rooms.
Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or relevant undergraduate degree
- Current and valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current and valid NYS Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
- 2 years experience anesthesia care in an acute setting experience preferred
- National Provider Identified (NPI) and Taxonomy code required at time of hire
Physical Demands
- Manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination to provide patient care and operate equipment
- Corrected vision and hearing within normal range to observe and communicate with patients, providers, and staff
- Position requires full range of body motion including ability to position and move patients
- Extensive standing and walking
- Frequent reaching, stooping, squatting, bending, kneeling, and crouching
- Occasional lifting and carrying carry items weighing 10 pounds or more
- Occasional exertion of 25lbs or more of force
- Work environment may involve some exposure to hazards/physical risk
Salary : $157,500 - $292,500
