Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of operational systems and processes.
- Support the management of day-to-day operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in organizing and supporting school-wide events and activities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in operations or related field is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
