Position Overview:
As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and light housekeeping, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to the supervising nurse.
- Follow established care plans to ensure quality and safety.
Requirements:
CPR certification required
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
- Ability to work part-time or per diem with a flexible schedule.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
