What You'll Do:
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring all job specifications and timelines are met.
- Represent Excelsus at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand.
- Monitor key sales indicators and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- Uphold the Excelsus standard of professionalism, quality, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in the print or manufacturing industry.
