As a Residential Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of a residential program, providing leadership and support to staff members, and promoting the well-being and independence of program participants. You will monitor and ensure that individuals are receiving quality and comprehensive care in the residential homes.
Key responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing rules and regulations, addressing resident concerns, coordinating activities and events, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One year working with persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities and at least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.
- A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individuals.
- Able to work flexible hours.
