Position Overview
You will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, fiduciaries, lawyers, retirement communities, wealth managers, and potential clients to promote our home care services.
Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach
- Identify and engage with community organizations, healthcare professionals, fiduciaries, lawyers, retirement communities, wealth managers, and potential clients.
- Develop and implement outreach programs and initiatives to promote our services.
- Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
- Region: Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties
Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, fiduciaries, lawyers, retirement communities, wealth managers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop partnerships with local hospitals, clinics, senior centers, and other relevant organizations.
- Foster collaborations with community leaders and influencers to enhance our visibility and reputation.
Marketing and Promotion
- Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content, to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and community needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Organize and participate in educational workshops and seminars to inform the community about our services.
Clients Support
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist with client intake and assessment processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in community development, outreach, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community partners.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for community engagement and advocacy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
- Top hourly wage plus rich commission on referrals.
