Direct Support Professional- Liverpool
Exceptional Family Resources is seeking an experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with an active young man with a developmental disability. In this role, you will help him learn key independent living skills, experience social and physical fitness opportunities in the community along with implementing behavior management strategies.
Previous Direct Support Professional experience highly preferred. Experience or knowledge in special education or caregiving is beneficial. Knowledge of implementing behavior strategies.
Hours and days of work: Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm & Saturday & Sunday Flexible hours
Payrate: $25.00
Location: Liverpool
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assistance with independent living skills, support with health and safety and pursuing personal interests. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus. A reliable vehicle and a valid NYS driver's license are required. EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
