Self-Direction DSP - Syracuse Area (Job #ES-LA)
Exceptional Family Resources is looking for a female to provide Respite (1 to 1 support) service to a teenager with a moderate intellectual disability. She is a very happy, easy-going, active and kind-hearted teen. Looking for Respite staff for 10 hours a week, evenings 245pm to 7pm Weds, Thurs or Fridays. Flexible on which day, being flexible to work some weekend hours is a huge plus.
Service can be both in home or going out in the community. She enjoys outings to the parks, restaurants, and movies. The family is interested in trying new experiences with her and asks for a strong staff that will be willing to discover and try new places to explore with her. Experience is preferred.
Location: Syracuse, near West Hill High school
Pay rate: $22/hr
All new hires must complete a five-hour initial training. The pay rate for the initial training is $16.50
