Seeking a Direct Support Professional for Young Woman with a Disability
You can make a difference in the life of someone special! We are looking for an engaging and creative staff (1:1 support) to work with a young woman with a disability who is located in the city of Baldwinsville, NY. In this critical role, you will provide support to the person while completing tasks and activities such as assisting with independent living skills, providing advocacy, and attending community activities. The ideal candidate will have effective communication, be compassionate, and must be reliable. Experience is preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate!
Hours: Mondays/Thurdays 10am to 5pm (flexible)
Pay rate: Between $19.50 and $21/hour
Location: Baldwinsville, NY
Reliable transportation is required. Background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by non-profit agency.
