What are the responsibilities and job description for the CT/X-Ray Tech - Full Time position at Exceptional Health Care?
Our Radiology Team seeks a qualified CT / Rad Tech (RT) to perform procedures following department and hospital policies. The RT must deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining high-quality imaging. We adhere to the Exceptional Promise by treating all individuals with courtesy, dignity, and respect. RTs collaborate with patients throughout their visit to ensure comprehension.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- At least 2 years of CT and radiologic imaging experience
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Current State licensure and BLS Certification
- Problem solving abilities
- Taking initiative to intervene immediately if needed for patient safety
- Ability to read, write and communicate with patients, caregivers and other medical professionals
- Computer proficiency in healthcare context - EMR, documentation, safety, compliance
