Exceptional Healthcare is seeking a Manager for its ER, the area that drives our community based micro hospital.
You'll be able to lead a dedicated team of ER professionals while working closely with a great CNO. No more waiting for approvals from endless management layers – you'll have the autonomy to implement your ideas and see their impact in real time.
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our ER, ensuring exceptional patient care and managing inventory, staffing, and more. With your expertise and our supportive environment, you'll have the chance to shape processes, optimize workflows, and continuously improve our ER's performance.
What You'll Bring:
- 4 years of Emergency Room experience
- A bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school
- Current RN license in good standing
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Supervisory experience is a big plus!
