- Strong clinical foundation with 2 years of hospital nursing experience (Med/Surg, ICU, or ED preferred)
- Leadership capability demonstrated through 2 years in supervisory roles
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- Current RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in:
- Clinical assessment and critical thinking
- Management of multiple patient assignments
- Medication administration and documentation
- IV therapy and wound care management
- EHR systems and healthcare technology
- Staff scheduling and resource allocation
- Regulatory compliance (TJC, CMS, state requirements)
- Quality improvement methodologies
- Experience with budget management and expense control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
