The Exceptional Learners Collaborative (ELC) is seeking licensed applicants for the 2025-2026 school year. The ELC is located in Vernon Hills (Lake County), Illinois; is a special education cooperative providing services to students identified with special needs, ages 3 through 22 years of age. The ELC represents Kildeer Countryside Community Consolidated School District 96, Lincolnshire-Prairie View School District 103, Adlai E. Stevenson High School District 125 and Fox Lake District 114. The ELC serves eight elementary schools, four junior high/middle schools and one high school.

Qualifications
- Valid Professional Educators License endorsed wtih LBSI.
- Ability to travel within the member districts of the ELC.
- Experience with special education students.
- Expertise in working with students with complex needs.
- To plan, instruct, and collect data on each student.
- To provide individual, direct, and consultative services in the Least Restrict Environment (LRE) as defined by the student's Individual Educational Plan (IEP).
- To collaborate with the team regarding students with IEPs and provide guidance and resource support in the development of and progress towards vocational goals.
- Pay ranges from $55,350 - $115,000 depending on education level and experience
- This is a 10-month, Monday through Friday position
