The LPN Unit Manager serves as a clinical leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit. The LPN Unit Manager supervises nursing assistants and support staff while coordinating comprehensive resident care and treatment plans. The role involves conducting regular health assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing medication administration, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

What you will need:
- A high school degree or equivalent is required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana
- Previous experience in Long Term Care is required
