Salaried : LSW / LAC / LAMFT $65,000-$70.000, LCSW / LPC / LMFT $72,000-$80,000 up to $5,000 for Performance Bonus - based on licensure, experience in the field, schedule availability, and specialties.Built in Clinical Supervision if neededSchedule :Evenings and Weekends - 4 Day Work Week Option, 1 Virtual Day

This includes specialized yearly trainings. We completed GOTTMAN LEVEL 1 training.Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities :
As a Mental Health Therapist with EWC, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients in the following ways :
Provide individual therapy to clients and include collaterals when appropriate.Provide group therapy if the therapist has group therapy experience and is interested in running a group.Create a treatment plan for clients, with ongoing modifications based on client progress in therapy.Prepare clients for the completion of their treatment.Act as a client advocate and liaison with community resources and other providers when needed.Here's what EWC is seeking :
New Jersey licensed as a LSW / LAC / LAMFTLCSW / LPC / LMFTCandidates with experience in kids ages 10 (Preferred).A great personality who can engage easily and offer care to our awesome clients.A hard-working, caring human who is willing to see at least 32 clients (FT) per week.Someone who is responsible, a team player, and looking to grow and learn.Requirements :
