Exceptional Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Behavioral Health Case Manager to serve as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CS) for our community-based mental health organization.

About the Role
Our QMHP-CS services follow a strengths-based, client-centered model designed to help children and their families develop essential skills for independent and successful functioning. As a QMHP-CS, you will work closely with our clinical team—including therapists, psychiatrists, addiction counselors, and the director of clinical operations—to develop personalized treatment plans that best support each child and family.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Collaborating with families to develop treatment goals that align with their needs.
- Providing case management to enhance the overall well-being of the child and family unit.
- Empowering clients by using a strength-based approach to help them develop essential life skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- ANSA & CANS certifications (Required)
- Master’s degree in a social science-related field (Preferred, not required)
- QMHP-CS certification (Preferred, but candidates with at least 30 college-level psychology credits are encouraged to apply)
- ABA Autism experience (RBT, BCBA) (Preferred, not required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least two years of experience in behavioral health or a related field
- Strong ability to support a culture of excellence through communication, accountability, and positivity
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
- Strong rapport-building skills with children and families
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Google Suite, and other software applications
