Our well-trained Sales Development Representatives book 3,500 qualified discovery calls a year.
You will be provided with a team of sales development representatives who will set up discovery calls, Zoom, and face-to-face meetings with potential customers. You will take calls / meetings and close deals. Also, you will be able to prospect your current customers for referrals to get more business. In addition to taking discovery calls scheduled by the designated SDRs, you will be able to actively prospect new prospects.
Your main responsibility is to create new business through discovery calls / meetings scheduled for you, cold email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, face-to-face meetings, attending specific related events, conferences, expos, etc.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Excess Logic, you will have a significant impact on the growth of the business through new customer acquisition.
The compensation consists of a base salary, monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses, progressive commissions from sales, and the opportunity to become a sales director. Details are on the job interview.
The compensation plan has no cap, which means, the more money you bring to Excess Logic, the more money you make.
What experience is required?
- Minimum 5 years in B2B Sales, preferred experience in e-waste, IT asset disposition, data destruction, or asset liquidation.
- Cold email / call prospecting, working with a supporting team of SDRs, SDR setup calls / meetings, and BDR close deals.
- Don’t take no for an answer, never give up, whatever it takes mindset required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
