Mortgage Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and develop administrative mortgage staff
• Be available to field questions
• Cover absences and process loans when needed
• Work closely with the VP of Credit Administration and Mortgage Lenders to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage process from start to finish
• Help develop and write procedures and job descriptions
  
  

Requirements

• Superb communication and interpersonal skills
• 5 years of mortgage processing or similar experience
• Possesses excellent time management & organizational skills
• Highly detail-oriented
  
  

Preferred

• Supervisory Experience
• Experience with Encompass
• Working directly with FNMA
• Experience with generating disclosures, balancing CDs, generating Closing Docs, Investor Reporting, & Loan Delivery
