ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Cash Management Services: 70%
- Evaluate, analyze, implement, and support the deployment of new electronic banking products.
- Manage and complete product setup for ACH, Cash Management, Internet Banking, Sweep, Remote Capture, and Mobile Banking agreements.
- Manage and resolve inquiries directly from customers, TCSC or through branch inquiry regarding ACH electronic banking products deployed in our Banking environment. Research problems, provide solutions, and initiate appropriate inquiries and follow-up when necessary.
- Analyze and evaluate new electronic products and services and provide input to management on their benefit and feasibility to our customer base. Support management on strategic initiatives including completing due diligence, project support and problem solving.
- Manage product deployment projects assigned by the Electronic Banking Manager
- Plan and coordinate the daily balancing of ATMs and network processor.
- Provide second level support to the Internet Banking Specialists and ACH Processing Specialist.
- Review various reports to ensure assessment of risk control and income and expense control in all areas of Electronic Banking.
- Perform monthly internal certifications. Review and process department billings from all program processors.
- Comply with all Bank regulations, policies and procedures as they apply to Cash Management and Internet Banking Services to include ACH, Wire, Remote Capture, Mobile Banking, VRU, and any other electronic product deployed in Electronic Banking.
- Support Department and Bank philosophies, personnel, products, services, programs, campaigns, and goals to staff and public.
- Recommend methods and procedures to improve department efficiency.
Customer Service: 20%
- Follow-up on internal and external customer inquiries and problems
Non-Essential Functions: 10%
- Perform special projects and research as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of the technical aspects of the bankcard industry with emphasis on compliance and operations.
- Knowledge of credit card merchant terminal operation.
- Knowledge of industry trends with emphasis on compliance, operations and security.
- Knowledge of all computer and technical enhancements or changes and regulatory changes that effect the operations of the department including system specifications, security set up and maintenance, upgrades and present and future compliance issues.
- Knowledge of fraud policies and procedures as well as processor policies and procedures.
- Skills operating a personal computer including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
- Ability to identify, interpret and apply vendor procedures in order to accurately respond to inquiries from customers and to conduct research.
- Ability to attend early morning and evening meetings.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Work environment is indoors, majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk.
Education and Experience:
A combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate’s degree in business administration or related field; and knowledge typically gained through a minimum of five years experience in financial services industry.
Compensation:
The hiring range for this position is $68,640 to $83,000 per year. Actual salary offered will fall within this range commensurate with the candidate's applicable experience, education, and skills.
