ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee the overnight operations of the Front Office and Valet functions for Stockyards Hotel
• Ensure collaboration between all team members in different departments
• Guarantee strong lines of communication with the leaders and departments from the day shift to ensure any needed changes to operational events/requests are met
• Ensure maximum efficiency by recommending any improvements or changes needed to execute the level of service expected at Stockyards Hotel.
• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee the overnight operations of the Front Office and valet functions for Stockyards Hotel.
• Assist In the preparation of Night Audit month-end reports
• Greeting and checking in guests upon arrival and providing with hotel relevant information.
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle conflicting priorities
• A mature, well-balanced personality
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
