The Veranda Server  is responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders to guests at the pool. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• This position is seasonal and will be available exclusively during our Pool Season, which typically runs until September.
• Embody the shared values of Hotel Drover.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Answer guest questions and address any concerns.
• Keep the pool area clean and tidy.
• Replenish supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments.
• Assist with pool maintenance as needed.

MUST HAVES:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively and graciously.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities; passion for collaboration.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous customer experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Strong eye for details.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
