Job Summary:
Hyatt Place Fort Worth Stockyards is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator/Admin Assistant to support the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Sales Team. This role involves data entry, administrative support, and select HR tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support sales efforts, including responding to inquiries and coordinating guest room and event bookings.
· Maintain sales databases, generate reports, and manage customer profiles.
· Assist with contracts, proposals, event orders, and internal coordination.
· Organize sales events, site tours, and promotional activities.
· Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
· Ensure accurate data entry and system management across hotel platforms.
· Assist with select HR administrative tasks in coordination with the Hotel Drover People & Culture team.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
· Experience: 2 years in hotel sales, clerical, or administrative support roles preferred.
· Skills:
o Strong organizational, customer service and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent communication and customer service skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera).
o Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
