ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests and patrons visiting the property.
- Open car doors and assist guests and patrons as they get in and out of vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify special needs of guests/patrons and notify teammates as they enter and leave the building.
- Assist with unloading and loading guests’ luggage.
- Park vehicles safely.
- Retrieve vehicles for guests and patrons in a timely manner.
- Ensure parked vehicles are locked and keys are stored safely or returned to owner.
- Answer questions about the Fort Worth Stockyards offerings.
- Other duties, as assigned.
MUST HAVES:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Neat appearance.
- Crisp upkeep of uniform.
- Professional demeanor.
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A valid driver’s license.
- No prior traffic offenses.
- Team member is required to perform all necessary duties of the job. Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
