We are NOT private equity-backed, and we refuse to run our clinics like corporate mills. Our PTs aren’t drowning in 18-20 patients a day and they are not looked at as just a license number. Our PTs see an average of 9 patients a day, and once a patient roster is built, our PTs then earn a lucrative bonus based on productivity - last year bonuses ranged from 10%-50% of a PT’s total salary.

What We Offer:
⭐Competitive Salary: $90k-$110k/year
⭐Per Diem Rates: Any hour worked over 40 hours, compensated at $65/hour
⭐PTO: 15 Days yearly accumulation 2 professional development days
