About The Opportunity

Excis is seeking an experienced L2 Brake Fix Engineer to provide onsite IT support for a globally recognized leader in health technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
• Perform advanced repairs on Lenovo laptops and other devices
• Configure and deploy systems through network imaging
• Provide VIP-level technical support for Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Intune
• Document solutions and workflows in ServiceNow
• Escalate critical issues and follow through to resolution
• Collaborate with global IT teams to optimize support processes
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in desktop support or related IT roles
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and Intune
• Proven ability in hardware repairs (Lenovo preferred)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Preferred Credentials:
• A or Microsoft certifications
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
