Your Role:
As a Janitorial Cleaner, you’ll ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all. Your daily tasks will include:
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, clean windows, mirrors, restrooms, and common areas. Keep everything dirt- and debris-free.
- Waste Management: Empty trash, dispose of waste, and recycle materials.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish paper towels, soap, and other necessities in restrooms and break rooms.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep cleaning equipment in top condition and maintain an organized janitor closet.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products correctly to maintain a safe work environment.
- Additional Tasks: Use industrial equipment, clean high areas, move objects, and complete seasonal tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior janitorial experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- A keen eye for cleanliness and safety.
- Work independently and collaborate effectively with a fantastic team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
- Must pass a background check.
Physical Requirements:
- You’ll be on your feet, walking, bending, and stretching throughout your shift.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Spot every speck of dust to maintain a pristine environment.
