What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Specialist position at Exclusive Land Design, Inc.?
Exclusive Land Design is looking for a self-motivated employee to assist in all things lawn care related including fertilizer and pesticide applications. 2 years experience involved in all phases of lawn maintenance preferred. Knowledge and experience in operating small equipment and small commercial truck and trailer is required.
Responsibilities include cooperating effectively with a crew on a daily basis in completing assigned projects, and working both diligently and responsibly when working alone. Strong communication skills are a must as well as the willingness to be adaptable in any situation. This is an active position and physical labor is required, as well as a valid driver's license.
Work schedule is consistent, with longer hours needed from March-September which may include select weekends.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
