What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Office Administrator position at Exclusive Property Management, LLC?
Our office is looking for a talented accounting assistant. Strong QuickBooks knowledge is a MUST . Prior administrative experience is required.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. Start time is flexible. This job is not remote. This is an in office position.
You will assist the office manager in completing any and all tasks assigned.
Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to, data entry, logging expenses, bill payments, deposits, copying/scanning/filing paperwork. You will create/edit spreadsheets in Excel.
You may be asked to create Personal Financial Statements, Profit & Loss reports, and other reports as needed.
You should be a team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Some tasks are done daily, some weekly, some monthly or quarterly, and others as needed.
Previous real estate office experience preferred with use of Buildium software and familiarity with C.A.M. charges for NNN commercial tenants. Real Estate license not required but is a plus.
Starting pay is $20/hr. with the possibility of a higher rate after a 90 day review.

- Oversee bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in vendor communication and payment as needed.
- Support human resources functions, including payroll and entering new hires into our system.
- Maintain organized records and provide exceptional administrative support.
Summary
As a Real Estate Office Administrator, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the Office Manager. Your core responsibilities will include managing office tasks, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring organizational efficiency. With your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, you will assist with accounting and administrative duties. Your premium skills in task management and vendor relations will enhance our operational effectiveness. Additionally, your relevant experience in front desk management and team coordination will support our goal of providing exceptional support to all businesses under the EPM umbrella.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
