Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Marina Yard Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with daily yard operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the safe handling of boats and equipment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-conscious, and works well in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized yard by removing debris and properly storing equipment.
- Assist with hauling, launching, blocking, and securing boats.
- Operate and maintain yard equipment, including forklifts, rigs, and boat lifts.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and assist with storage organization.
- Perform routine maintenance on marina equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Assist customers and marina staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a marina, boatyard, or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with rigging and equipment operation are preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Must adhere to all safety regulations and marina policies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.95 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
