About the Role
Exclusive Resorts needs a Marketing Coordinator to support our brand and content marketing teams—someone who is equal parts brand guardian, content strategist, and creative problem-solver. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
What You’ll Do :
- Own brand consistency. Across emails, the Member Portal, The Club Journal, our print magazine, and beyond, you’ll ensure everything we put into the world looks, sounds, and feels unmistakably Exclusive Resorts.
- Keep our digital house in order. Manage content updates on our internal-facing Member Portal and public website, tracking engagement and optimizing performance.
- Optimize for discovery. Apply SEO best practices to ensure our content isn’t just compelling—it’s findable.
- Maintain our marketing assets. You’ll help oversee our Cloudinary library and editorial calendar, keeping our content game sharp.
- Support creative production. Photoshoots, design projects, branded swag—you’ll help bring our visual storytelling to life.
- Turn data into action. Analyze performance metrics and Member feedback to refine content strategy, ensuring every piece of marketing we create lands with impact.
- Work across teams. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Asset Utilization, Experience, and Member Services teams to drive unified, high-impact campaigns.
- Stay on top of operations. Digital platform audits, content updates, invoicing, budget tracking—you’ll handle the details that keep everything running smoothly. Yes, even the less sexy stuff.
- Measure what matters. Use Google Analytics (or similar tools) to track engagement, report on marketing performance, and make data-backed recommendations.
