Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join a dynamic team involved in the development and management of commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, editing, and preparing technical documents and design solutions that support multiple departments, including Engineering, Real Estate, Legal, and Construction.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft and edit civil site designs and documentation to support commercial real estate development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants during the acquisition, disposition, and development phases.
- Assist in legal and engineering processes related to permitting, site planning, and construction documentation.
- Support cross-functional departments by preparing accurate and timely civil design materials.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in civil design practices.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil design or site development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD tools and civil design software.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
