Job Responsibilities:

• Gather customer feedback and define the problem statement.
• Create a high-level project scope and timeline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to get their approval on the scope and plan.
• Develop a detailed project plan with milestones.
• Collect and analyze data for process improvement.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions with the team for future process improvements.
• Create a value stream map and perform waste analysis.
• Provide recommendations and a roadmap for solutions.
• Get stakeholder approval for recommendations.
• Develop a pilot implementation plan and execute it.
• Prepare a control plan to sustain post-pilot success.
• Share a project closure summary with all stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and services.
• Use industry experience to help insurance organizations achieve long-term goals.
• Analyze and design effective solutions to client issues.
• Strong relationship management with clients.
• Experience in operational analysis, process improvement, project management, and/or consulting in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with industry-approved process documentation tools.
