One of our direct clients is actively seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team.

Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months extension

Duties:
The duties of an IT Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Develops and implement project plans specific to IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations.
• Coordinates and oversees all aspects of IT project execution, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Monitor project progress and identify and address any technical issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
• Manage IT project budgets, resource, and timelines to ensure successful completion within scope and budget.
• Ensure adherence to IT project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to effectively manage and deliver projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT project team members, including mentoring and coaching, manages deliverable reviews and signoffs; manages documentation and the knowledge transfer to the business as usual functions; conducts lesson-learned review.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders, including business users, IT support teams, vendors and senior management, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in IT project management to drive innovation and improve project delivery processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 or more years of increasingly complex project related experience required.
• Experience working on system conversions and/or systems upgrades.
• Knowledge and experience with IT standard project lifecycle.
• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
