Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct a thorough audit and cleanup of Accounts Payable records using NetSuite.
• Reconcile outstanding invoices, payments, and vendor records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in AP records to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and streamline AP processes for improved efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with the accounting team and other departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Assist in developing best practices for AP processes moving forward.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Requirements:
• 3 years of Accounts Payable experience, with specific expertise in AP cleanup projects.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in identifying and resolving AP discrepancies efficiently.
