Associate Real Estate Attorney - Land Use / Commercial Development
Location : Denver, CO (Meridian Business Park)
Pay : $110,000 - $125,000, plus compelling bonus structure
Schedule : Full-time
Our client is a growing law firm seeking a motivated Associate Real Estate Attorney to join their dynamic real estate practice. The successful candidate will have 4 years of relevant real estate experience and be licensed to practice law in Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-achieving environment while delivering exceptional service to clients.
They are looking for you, an experienced Real Estate Attorney , who can handle complex commercial transactions, including land use and development work, and build strong relationships with clients.
What you get to do :
- Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing (office, warehouse, retail), and title and survey review.
- Work on land use matters, including multi / planned use developments and entitlement work.
- Draft covenants and contracts, and negotiate terms with stakeholders.
- Build positive relationships with clients and achieve billing and utilization goals.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of attorneys and provide proactive legal solutions to client needs.
