Role : Civil Engineer - Site Design / Land Development
Location : Multiple locations (MA)
Compensation : $75,000 - $125,000 DOE (full suite of benefits, annual bonus, hybrid work schedule)
POSITION SUMMARY : We are on the hunt for a Civil Engineer who has a passion for land development and site planning. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and implementation of our projects from concept through completion. If this sounds like you, please read on!
DUTIES AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare detailed designs, plans, specifications, and reports using Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and other softwares
- Coordinate with surveyors, consultants, and other Engineers to obtain necessary data and ensure alignment of design parameters
- Address project requirements, resolve technical issues, and obtain approvals and permits
- Attend site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications
- Prepare estimates, schedules, and progress reports to support planning, budgeting, and management
- Participate in business development plan implementation
- Represent the firm in the community, professional organizations, and at events
- Perform other tasks as assigned
