POSITION SUMMARY :
We are on the hunt for a Civil Project Manager who has a passion for land development. The ideal candidate will have prior experience balancing multiple projects at once, communicating with Senior Leadership groups, and mentoring junior engineers. DUTIES AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work closely with the firm's Principals and VPs to manage multiple projects
- Supervise, train, and mentor Engineers and Designers who will assist your projects
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of proposals, budgets, designs, reports, construction documents, and more
- Present projects to state and local permitting agencies including zoning and planning boards and conservation commissions
- Participate in business development plan implementation
- Represent the firm in the community, professional organizations, and at events
- Perform other related activities as needed
