Senior Contracts Manager - Aerospace / Government Contracting
Location : San Antonio, TX
Pay : $130,000 - $140,000 base salary 10% annual bonus
Schedule : Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

They are looking for you, an experienced Senior Contracts Manager , to join their team on a direct hire basis, overseeing high-stakes government and commercial contracts. This role requires expertise in federal regulations and a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
What you get to do :
Lead contract negotiations with government entities and commercial partners.
Advise on regulatory requirements and ensure contract compliance.
Manage contracts lifecycle , including NDAs, service agreements, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and support business objectives.
Guide the Program Management team to ensure seamless contract execution and client satisfaction. What you need to succeed :
10 years of experience with government contracting and FAR compliance, preferably in the aerospace sector.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proficiency with ITAR / export requirements and knowledge of DCAA & DCMA regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to handle complex contracts independently. What's in it for you :
