Pay : $55,000-$65,000
We are seeking an experienced Dietary Manager with an established company. Excellent stability and benefits. Relocation assistance is offered.
What you get to do :
- Oversee part-time and full-time dietary staff
- Hiring, training and mentoring of staff
- Coordinate dietary services and activities
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the department
- Oversee departmental budget
- Participate in care plan meetings for residents
- Inventory management and inspection of food storage rooms, utility closets and kitchen
- Ensure menus and recipes are maintained and updated
- Review dietary requirements of each resident to adhere to physician's requirements
- Assist in the purchase of food service supplies and equipment
