- 5 to 10 years’ experience as a practicing Electrical or Substation Engineer
- Experience with substation protection and control design
- Understanding of substation design to include equipment arrangements
- Experience with battery energy storage systems or solar collector substations
- Understanding of (CAD) communication design. (Experience with SCADA is preferred)
- Experience with P&C design project scopes, estimates, budgets, and schedules for substation projects
- Experience with AC/DC Schematics
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relatable field
- Certifications: EIT OR PE is a plus
