- Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants, adhering to technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
- Handle, check, and address equipment non-conformities efficiently.
- Prepare Job Progress Charts and technical reports documenting activities performed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing objective advice and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company coordination plan rules, and customer regulations.
- Identify and report after-sales opportunities detected during customer visits.
- Collaborate with the Installation Site Manager for team site activities.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or French is advantageous.
- Specialization in auto-mechanics or aseptic systems is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in field activities, preferably in the beverage or packaging industry.
- Technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation (B&R, Siemens, Elau & Allen Bradley).
- Availability to travel up to 90%, including international locations.
- Strong willingness to travel and flexibility with work schedules.
- Previous experience with installation, maintenance, or servicing of equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives.
