Leasing Consultant – Property Management--Contract to Hire

Location: ATL/North Druid Hills 30329

Pay: $18-$20/hour $200 bonus per new lease signed

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (must be available some weekends)

Our client, a well-established property management company, is known for providing high-quality residential communities and exceptional customer service. They are looking for you, an experienced Leasing Consultant, to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.

What You Get To Do

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and close new leases (aim for a 25% closing ratio).
• Maintain relationships with current residents and assist with lease renewals.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up with prospects and vendors.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and ensure units are properly staged.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing applications, submitting maintenance requests, and organizing files.
• Help market the community through outreach, resident events, and promotions.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• 2-3 years of residential leasing experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with a successful closing ratio.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work weekends as needed.
