Legal Assistant – Product Liability & Complex Litigation

Location: On-site for at least 6 months (Hybrid: 1 remote day per week after 6 months, based on business needs)

Pay: $85K - $95K (Top candidates may be considered at $100K - $105K)

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to support a high-profile litigation team handling complex litigation and product liability cases. This role provides direct support to 4 partners and 8 associate attorneys, working closely with a seasoned Administrative Assistant.

What You’ll Do

• Provide litigation and trial support, ensuring seamless case management.
• Manage calendaring, billing, and time entry efficiently.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case filings.
• Handle urgent demands and requests in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Utilize legal software, including Aderant, Chrome River, and Intapp (experience with other legal software is transferable).
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Experience supporting business clients at large law firms (preferably AM Law 200 firms).
• Strong background in complex litigation and/or product liability cases.
• Proven ability to work with high-profile attorneys and clients.
• Thick skin, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience with legal software and billing management.
