What You Get To Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to four attorneys.
- Manage and organize documents, ensuring efficient use of iManage and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Transcribe dictations with accuracy and speed (experience in transcription is highly desirable).
- Handle day-to-day tasks related to business litigation, with a focus on Construction, Defense, and Insurance law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Experience with construction liens required
- Experience in Business Litigation and relevant legal areas.
- Proficiency in iManage and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong transcription (dictation) skills are a plus.
- Ability to work onsite with flexibility for occasional remote work as needed.
