Job Title : Project Finance Associate - Renewable Energy Projects
Location : New York, NY
Pay : $310,000 - $365,000 bonus eligibility
Schedule : Hybrid (On-site approximately 60% of the time)
Our client, a premier Am Law 100 firm, offers advanced legal services in corporate finance, with a focus on renewable energy projects. They are looking for a Project Finance Associate to join their New York office. This role involves working on complex financial transactions and project development agreements for distributed and utility-scale renewable energy initiatives.

Draft and negotiate key financing documents, including credit agreements and security agreements
Manage commercial project documentation, including PPAs, EPCs, site control, and interconnection agreements
Perform due diligence for renewable energy project finance deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on major energy projects and financing transactions
What you need to succeed :
JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission or eligibility for admission in New York
At least 4 years of project finance experience, with expertise in renewable energy projects
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively
