- Reporting to management on quality metrics
- Collaborate with management to address gaps identified in quality reviews
- Highlight and communicate compliance concerns
- Special projects as needed
- Prior quality review experience in financial services
- Experience in preparing and analyzing quality reports
- Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail
