What You Get To Do
- Source and engage candidates for a wide variety of roles across departments
- Recruit for positions like Accountants, FP&A Directors, Construction Managers, and Technicians
- Attend job fairs and college CO-OP events (travel required occasionally)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide updates and strategic input
- Maintain candidate tracking reports in Excel
- Build relationships across the company while maintaining a fast recruiting pace
- 2 years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing
- Proven expertise using LinkedIn and Indeed to fill challenging roles
- Excellent people skills—must be enthusiastic and a team player
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Candidates from manufacturing/logistics recruiting backgrounds may not be a good fit
