Regional Credit Relationship Manager (Manufacturing-Industrial)
Location : Roswell, GA
Schedule : Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

- Oversee and nurture a diverse portfolio of key accounts, with responsibilities encompassing customer site visits, account reviews, credit analysis (including financial statement review), and the assignment of credit limits in adherence to local regulatory standards and company credit policies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients in collaboration with the commercial sales team, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of all interactions.
- Provide regular and comprehensive updates to management, including the Credit, Finance, and Commercial teams, to ensure transparency and alignment across departments.
- Collaborate effectively with third-party providers, offering support and establishing clear escalation pathways while ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Proactively address inquiries and investigate root causes of issues, implementing preventative measures to minimize future occurrences and optimize operational efficiency.
- Offer assistance and coverage in alternate regions when necessary due to team member absences or resource constraints.
- Adhere to and strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals established by management, including those related to collections.
